Terms + Conditions (In Short)

By checking the box, proceeding to checkout you are agreeing to the Terms + Conditions outlined below:

1.  All orders are shipped UPS Ground.  UPS does not ship to:  PO BOXES.  If a PO BOX is listed for the shipping address the order will be CANCELED. 

2.  All Sales are Final.  Choose carefully, West Third Brand's Poured-to-Order creations are not refundable nor can be exchanged.

3.  West Third Brand (the maker) is not responsible for missing, lost or stolen packages at the destination you provide.  To avoid the risk of theft shipping to your place of work, a commercial address like a local pick-up/collection point, or to your neighborhood UPS Store is highly recommended.
