EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND DAMAGES

All Sales are Final. Choose carefully, our creations are not refundable nor can be exchanged.  We highly suggest purchasing sample vials before committing to a full sized bottle. Sample Vials maybe purchased above via the Shop button, under Shop by Category.

W3B products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with the store's respective returns and refunds policy. West Third Brand does not replace, refund or exchange products that have been purchased from any of our retail partners. 

Please report any damages within 72 hours of receipt of goods. In addition, we require documentation so please be prepared to send e-mailed photos of the damaged products. Plus we may require the product to be returned to us. 

All our products go through intensive Quality Control (QC) prior to shipping, products leave our studio in perfect condition. West Third Brand is not responsible for any damages that occur once you have taken ownership. This includes: dropping the bottle, or attempting to unscrew/remove the spray pump,  or any other careless acts that could lead to evaporation or leakage of the liquid, and/or a malfunctioning spray pump.  Spray pumps only malfunction with the help and at hands of others.

Avoid the risk of breakage due to a fall; do not store glass bottles on high shelves, or in medicine cabinets.  Best to store glass bottles on a counter, in a drawer, or on a dressing table. 

Damages that happen in transit, will be replaced with the exact item(s) ordered.
