INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING | Due to strict international transport regulations (IATA), we are not allowed to ship items containing alcohol outside the continental USA. Hence, West Third Brand currently DOES NOT offer overseas international shipping. Canadian shoppers please refer to the 'Find a Shop' page to locate a regional shop, as we do not offer direct to consumer retail to Canada. 

TO ORDER ALL Orders must be placed through the Website. Phone orders & emailed orders are not accepted.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS: Due to the nature of our creations, returns and exchanges are politely declined. We suggest sampling first.

RETAIL STORES - RETURNS | W3B products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with the store's respective returns and refunds policy. West Third Brand does not replace, refund or exchange products that have been purchased from any of our retail partners. 

SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS When your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided, you can track your package in transit from that very email. PLEASE NOTE: we ship 3 days a week: MONDAY, TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY* (*weather permitting).
