    About our Products

    Formulated and passionately created by the touch of human hands since 2008. Poured-to-Order in our Hill Country Studio outside of Austin, TX.  Each fragrance is filled, labeled and boxed to order. 

    Consumer safety is our top priority.  We follow the strictest guidelines in cosmetics regulated by the FDA and auto-regulated by IFRA (International Fragrance Association). We also follow their meticulous set of QC protocols, plus our fragrances are compounded in an independent cosmetic lab with the latest technology to ensure each batch is formulated with precision. 

    West Third Brand's fragrances are IFRA compliant and are formulated with clean, safe, and eco-conscious ingredients.  Our fragrances are made with natural extracts and accords, essential oils, absolutes, safe synthetics, natural isolates, and resins.  We also use non-toxic, safe synthetic ingredients,  however the majority of the formula is a cosmetic grade alcohol which acts as a natural preservative.  There are no parabens, phthalates, or sulfates.  Plus they are vegan and cruelty free.  

    The safe synthetics we use replicate natural accords, like animalistic notes; such as musks and leather notes plus a few botanical varieties that are in danger of extinction. We will use safe synthetics when the natural ingredient is either considered an allergen to the skin or if there is no sustainable means to harvest the natural, raw ingredient.

    Slight olfactive evolution may occur over time.  Cloudiness, sediments and change in color occur naturally and can vary from batch to batch, this does not interfere with the scent or performance whatsoever.  

    The shelf life on an open bottle of Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette can last up to 3 - 5 years depending on if it was stored properly.  An unopened bottle, if the fragrance is sealed with no interaction with air (sprayed) it cannot truly expire, again all dependent upon if it is stored properly. 
     

    Our fragrances are mostly unisex, aside from the heavily floral spiked scents which are easily identified by their names: Love Letters, Fleur, Hearts + Flowers, Love First, and so on.  Or may be identified by their floral fragrance notes, such as: Gardenia, Tuberose, Lilac, Peony, Freesia, Lilly of the Valley, etc.

    About Our Natural Wax Candles: 
    Coconut Wax And Oil, Soy Bean Wax And Oil, Apricot Oil, Aloe Vera Oil, Vitamin E Oil, Shea Butter and Jojoba Oil.  Our wax is poured in its natural form without alternative additives or coloring.  Wax color will change over time due to the aroma naturals used in our fragrance. 
      

    Allergies: People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient and/or fragrance description should not use the product.  Fragrances are made with natural aroma botanicals which naturally have allergens.  In case you are in doubt, always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
