WHOLESALE INQUIRES

Thank you for your interest in offering West Third Brand products to your customers. So that we have a better understanding of your shop we encourage you to email us information about your shop, please include your stores address and links to your website and social media platforms that offers the best representation of your store.  We're looking forward to hearing from you!  Please send wholesale inquiries to info@westthirdbrand.com

If we are a right fit for each other, we'll email you access to our Online Wholesale Ordering System and sales information.

SAMPLINGFREE samples are not available.  Although, full-sized TESTERS of any of our 40+ scents can be ordered via the Online Wholesale Ordering System within the Tester Category. 

WHOLESALE ORDERING INFORMATION

By submitting a purchase order, you acknowledge acceptance of explained terms. 

OPENING ORDERS: $500 + 4 or more FRAGRANCES OPTIONS  

RE-ORDER MIN.: 12 UNITS 

Testers are sold half-off of the listed wholesale price. Maximum is 1 unit, per location. 

Note: Candle Testers are meant for consumers to smell the product cold while in store.  They and are not meant to be burned, nor are they priced as burn samples.  If you wish to burn our candles, please pull from your inventory that you exclusively paid the wholesale price of in order to burn that $65 retail candle.  

MSRP | Must reflect our retail prices listed on this website. 

Minimum Quantities are 4 units per fragrance, per product. Items must be ordered in Case Pack qtys of 4s: 4, 8, 12, 16, etc.  Aside from the bar soaps which are Case Packed with 6 bars.  Note: We reserve the right to revise orders that do not comply to the unit minimums or maximums.

Orders are poured-to-order, making All Sales Final.  West Third Brand does not accept returns or exchanges. 

ONLINE WHOLESALE ORDERING PORTAL

Can be accessed 24/7 thru the 'WHOLESALE LOGIN' button on the menu bar above.  You'll need your username and password that you received at Sign Up.  Note: The username is not your email address. 

Passwords can be updated under the Settings tab on your dashboard.  Settings > Settings

Credit Cards can be updated anytime under the Settings tab on your dashboard.  Settings > Payment Info.  Please update at the time of ordering to ensure there isn't any delays with shipping your order. 

Credit Card Safety is very important to us, the Online Wholesale Ordering System is the safest way to update credit card information as it encrypted by using SSL encryption and charges are processed thru STRIPE.  

Existing Customers should place Orders through our Online Wholesale Ordering System located above in the Menu Bar with a button marked 'WHOLESALE LOGIN' this is the fastest way to get your order in the production queue.  If emailed, please expect a 72 hour delay before it gets into the queue.  

Payment Terms | Net 30 Terms are not available.  Credit Card Only.  We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card & Discover.

Credit Cards are charged the day your order ships...not before.

LEAD TIMES

We retain a Standard Lead Time of 2 Weeks, From Order Date. However, we do our best to get products formulated, poured, labeled and boxed as quickly as humanly possible (mind you, all done by hand) from the date the order is placed through the Wholesale Portal, provided we have accurate/updated Credit Card information. Be sure to add payment information at the time you place your order to avoid delays. Most times orders are shipped within 3 Business Days. Note: We ship 3 days a week, weather permitting. 

In this time of Covid-19; and unexpected supply chain issues we have had to modify our operations. This means orders will experience delays.  Currently, we are shipping within the current 2 week lead time.  In the past, we were one of the fastest companies to turn orders around... we hope to get back there soon!

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via UPS GROUND on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays excluding holidays. 

*Due to shipping restriction for Eau de Toilettes/Parfum (which contain alcohol); West Third Brand currently does not offer overseas International Shipping nor Expedited Shipping. Including U.S. territories,  and the states of AK, HI. 

Please report any in-transit damages within 24 hours of receipt of goods. In addition, we require documentation so please be prepared to send e-mailed photos of the damaged goods.

E-COMMERCE POLICIES

Must follow our MAPP (Minimum Advertised Price Policy).  Basically, must reflect our online prices. 

Images are not locked, so you are welcome to use them.  Just snag what you need!

Selling our products on Third Party sites, like Amazon or Ebay is not allowed.  And will be strictly enforced and we will terminate the account. 

We DO NOT offer DROP SHIPPING. 

FIND A STORE PAGE

To be included on our FIND A STORE page, accounts must order over 3K a year, have consistent ordering patterns (ordering every 6 weeks), and keep W3B items well-stocked.  Accounts that order twice a year, do not have exclusivity.

EXCLUSIVITY | ZIP CODE PROTECTION

Please keep in mind we offer 4 scent collections with over 40+ scents between them, plus a multitude of other products with varying price points... a neighboring store may offer a different collection or could offer different fragrances from the very same collection purchased.  If you would like an exclusive we ask that you offer every scent, product, within that collection.  ALSO, in order to remain exclusive, must keep W3B items well-stocked with consistent ordering patterns. 

Accounts that order twice a year, do not have exclusivity.
