When will my order ship?

Once you place an order, it will be confirmed within one business day via email. Our typical shipping time is 48 hours on in-stock merchandise. In the event we are out of stock on the item you have selected, you will be notified via email. Your card will not be charged if we are out of stock.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is shipped. Any back-orders are charged at time of shipping.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.

Will I pay sales tax?

Orders shipping to addresses in California are subject to California state sales tax.

Can I make changes to my order?

Orders are processed when received. To make a change, please call customer service at 888-649-9352 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from our warehouse in Palm Springs, California. Orders will be shipped via UPS Monday - Wednesday. Due to the nature of our products, we try to limit the time spent in warmer climates while in transit and this could delay shipping for a week. West Third Brand reserves the right to delay shipping without notice.

What are your shipping options?

We ship all products via UPS to the 48 United States. UPS ground shipping takes 1-7 business days to arrive once it leaves our warehouse in Palm Springs, California. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select (where available) will arrive on the next business day, 2nd business day and 3rd business day, respectively, FROM THE DATE SHIPPED. West Third Brand will ship only to residential or business addresses, no P.O. Boxes.

Do you offer rush delivery?

For an additional charge, we offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select (where available). The package will arrive on the next business day, 2nd business day and 3rd business day, respectively, from the date shipped, NOT from when the order is placed. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and you can use to track your order at www.ups.com.

Do you ship internationally?

West Third Brand General Store currently ships in the United States and US Territories only.

West Third Brand is appreciative of having you as a customer and we respect your privacy. We will never disclose your personal information, such as email address or phone number, to any third party. If you make an online purchase, we do collect information regarding the use of our website (such as sales statistics, traffic patterns) in order to help improve your online shopping experience. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted. Please inspect your order carefully. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your purchase. A photo of the damaged item may be required. Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. We do not accept ‘damaged’ returns on SALE items.

Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than you) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit, ONLY IF IN RESALABLE CONDITION AND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF WHEN THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS PLACED.

Please contact our warehouse at 888-649-9352 or email us store@westthirdbrand.com within 3days of receiving your order if there is a discrepancy with your shipment. Orders received after 3 days will not be considered.
